I began my career implementing systems for data acquisition and operational data exploitation: instrumentation, control systems, supervision, data historization, and operational data exploitation in continuous and batch processes (oil/gas, energy, centralized technical management, chemistry, food&beverages, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, etc.)

This experience has enabled me to develop a deep understanding of real-time systems, operational constraints, and the reliability of OT infrastructures.

Subsequently, I led programs for the deployment of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) solutions in various industrial environments (cosmetics, consumer goods, industrial equipment, aeronautics, automotive, energy, infrastructure, etc.).

I supported digital transformation projects closely aligned with operations, ensuring alignment between business needs, production flows, and digital tools.

More recently, I held a position as a portfolio manager for software solutions, specializing in industrial data science applications and the development of digital twins.

I led innovative projects combining modeling, machine learning, and the exploitation of industrial data to improve performance, anticipate failures, and support decision-making.
